RIP my friend of long long ago.
Hi. I have always wondered what became of the Cerncic and Stadler families. I’m sad to hear of Mr Cerncic’s passing. I reference Mr because that was the respect shown back in the day, My memories of Mr Cerncic are fond memories. Stories of playing golf at Gisborne, hitting balls into the rough and not bothering to find them because there was always another ball in the bag so why bother looking? Or calling someone with poor boat ramp skills a wog at Altona boat ramp and being chased away. Horst was life. I remember the Easter eggs and softball game. And the quote, “it’s ok for you to sit there and laugh”, as I was navigating the Cerncic driveway on my bike as a 10 year old., Best wishes to the Cerncics and Stadlers and RIP Mr Cerncic.
