Watched online with another staff member who loved Carol too. As did lots of staff . It was a pleasure, honor to meet talk with and care for her ..She always asked how i was .My late partner was scottish ,and Carol had a thing for Sean Connery So sometime I d pop Iain on the phone to her,with request to ‘talk scottish’ .He d say in a thick accented Sean style voice. ‘Well hullo there miss halfpenny” and Carol would laugh and feign swooning Her song leaving us was My Way and Carol certainly did it her way! ..Respect. RIP dear lady, Reunited with your Julie and loved ones passed Love ya x Sharon J oaks
it was such a pleasure caring for Carol at Benetas. We shared a real connection and she has left her mark on my heart. I will miss her.
